Cut the production of sugar butter cookies
1 cup soft butter (no substitutes)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 / 2 teaspoon vanilla
1 / almond extract 2 tablespoons tea
3 1 / 4 cups all purpose flour
1 / 2 teaspoon baking powder
1 / 2 teaspoon baking powder
Salt 1 / 2 teaspoon
In a large bowl of butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla and almond stir-extract, beating with electric mixer on high speed until foamy. In a second bowl combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt, stir the butter until fluffy. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours. Set the oven to 400 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper (not to interpret baking sheet with parchment paper, use only the fat). Oll in a very lightly floured dough about 1/4-inch thick. Cut into the desired shape with cookie cutters. Place cookies 2-inch baking pan. Cook 4-6 minutes. Remove cookies to rack to cool completely before icing.

Professional decorators icing
1 pound sifted powdered sugar
1 tablespoon meringue powder
1 cup Crisco
3 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine butter, water and vanilla. It will take some time to mix, but with time. Add meringue powder and powdered sugar. Mix well - to beat for 3 minutes. * If it's too rigid, can add a little water at a time. Remember that you want it a little thicker so you can stream * Frost cookies and let set on wax paper.

Enjoy!

my cousin and his girlfriend have something for the wedding - 3 Round (frozen) a level of pastry, stacked like a wedding cake - very nice for us to take home with you, but you're right, were affected, were not always good.
Before the ice cookies, store in an airtight container with a piece of bread or two ... That's what keeps nice and soft ... but only during the first 3-5 days, or they collapse if you go to the ice between them.
for white chocolate, make sure you always bring in a relatively cold other flavors of chocolate so easily at room temperature. Good luck!

When a sugar cookie, but with extra flour. Thus, the professionals, the cookies that look like flower arranging supports, and I also point out real butter. You need a robust defamation of the melted chocolate glaze. A Royal Icing will last.

Cookies go stale, maybe they should have a bakery near the event.
