I use them like normal basil. It has a unique flavor, but it's a good thing!
2.4 Fees boneless chicken breasts (about 1) per person, cut into strips (if using frozen chicken, thaw first)
2 cm long pieces galangal or ginger, cut into thin slices into match-like pieces
Vegetables: (Insert your own products, which is fresh and available, or what you have in the kitchen) is based
1 each green, red and / or yellow bell pepper, diced
Handful of shiitake mushrooms, sliced (if using dried cut, make sure you soak in hot water until they are soft)
about 1 cup of peas, far left, whether small or large cut in half if
1.2 red or green bell pepper, sliced or replace up to 1 c. Soup. Chili sauce (see sauce mix below)
about 1 cup of fresh basil (or 1 package) - Leaves should leave everything up to serve
Stir-Fry Sauce:
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 teaspoon of soup. Tamari or soy sauce
1 teaspoon of tea. Soy sauce
1 teaspoon of soup. Fish sauce
1 teaspoon of tea. Brown Sugar
2 v. soup. Oyster sauce
2 v. soup. Water
1 teaspoon of tea. Cornstarch or arrowroot powder
1 teaspoon of tea. 1 teaspoon of soup. Chili sauce, ifIf using fresh chilies, or more fresh chili if you want spicy)
OTHER:
2 v. soup. Vegetable oil for frying, such as canola or grapeseed oil
1 teaspoon of tea. Arrowroot powder or cornstarch dissolved in 4 tbsp. Soya sauce (or tamari)
Instructions:
1. First, prepare the chicken, cut into strips the size of a mouthful.
2. Make a marinade for chicken by dissolving 1 teaspoon of tea. Arrowroot powder or cornstarch 4 tbsp. Soy sauce. To throw Pour over chicken and coat. Add shiitake mushrooms to the mix. Marinate the mixture in preparing other ingredients.

I have not included many recipes, basil ... also in the garrison ... Google search or just recipe.com .. has really helped me ... I bet this or not help us much ... alittle but I hope not ..:)
