Encrypt Backup External Hard Drive Is Complete Pc Backup Using Vista Encrypted?

Is complete pc backup using vista encrypted? - encrypt backup external hard drive

I have Vista Ultimate on my PC for a full backup of BitLocker hard drive (drive C) in an external drive. Questions:
1 - Is the encryption backup? if I can not do encryption?
2 - If I am a complete failure of the disk, how can I restore a backup newly installed hard drive (I have the original installation of Vista Ultimate)?

May I ask what program did u use?

To encrypt using only programs, such as encrypting files (http://www.encryptfiles.net/).

I'll help even more if you (start the program above) to your question. Thanks

EDIT:

Do not put your hard drive in a freezer. This is some of the most sensitive. You can not even in the cold long put.

It is not encrypted, but can be encrypted using TrueCrypt. http://www.truecrypt.org/

If your drive is not likely to be able to salvage something out of it, but it depends. If the drive loses a needle or something, you can do it still will take place only very slowly.

Recently I learned that if you have trouble on the hard disk, you can get your PC, and freeze overnight. put it in the freezer will help the new hard drive for yourself and you magnitize May are reused.
