Dural Ectasia In Neck Could My Crippling Paralysis Actually Be Dural Ectasia?

Could my crippling paralysis actually be dural ectasia? - dural ectasia in neck

I have an episodic paralysis. Semi-reliable happens every three months or less, and lasts for two days at a time. During these two days I can not stand without extreme pain.

It begins with knots of tension in the neck. Within hours, the area starts in the center of my sternum, right behind my diaphragm extremely bad. The symptoms disappeared completely when I sleep.

I went to a radiologist a pelvic ultrasound, a neurologist, a specialist metbolyc, my pediatrician, an orthopedist, had an open MRI and had six different sessions of X-ray and did not spend two nights in emergency rooms for free. Ideas? I just want my life to continue.

Looks like me, for several reasons. First, I've never seen anyone have a regular schedule for the problems or to increase only 2 days. Secondly, is not often that the spine methodicly. The fact that the decrease is not affected by the problem disappear, but often do not contribute at least in the early stages, but completely safe,

DE is usually an accumulation of fluid in the lower spine, but it can cause swelling in other areas. Those who know, may have headaches and migraines, and the legs are usually very low and is not sure he have. The pain is usually in the rear mostly, fall and even worse.

The only way to find the DX is an MRI, some evenSuggest a foot marks. You may be wondering if the radiologist they saw it, as it is very rare in the general population.
